Now THIS is the most important article I have encountered in a long while. IT is some beautifully simple. Micronutrients are needed for brain function and we ain’t getting enough!
The processed foods we eat are depleted. I wrote earlier about studies linking low micronutrients to depression and suggested supplements: this is far far better. Eat raw fruits and veggies
The cooking process might lose the minerals in the water, etc.

I just hope people can afford this.
